The land (pictures)

There is a very large drainage that branches off of this smaller drainage that you see in the pictures.

The deer have multiple trails going into the larger drainage.

This is the primary water source of this drainage and it is full year round. It does get some waterfowl action as well.

There is cropland all around this area and the Missouri river is about 5 miles away.

The land and brush is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Most of those brush patches are at least 4 to 5 foot high and hold lots of deer and grouse.

The mobile home (pictures)

1976 14' x 70' Mobile home with a large entrance and a 14' x 24' heated outbuilding.

1/4 mile of private category five gravel road, 4" well 240 feet deep, a professionally installed electrical system and septic system.

Deer hunting (pictures)

The non-typical Mule Deer is an official Pope and Young.

The typical is a 5x5 that has a 25 inch inside spread.

Much bigger deer than this have been seen on the property.
